LOPOCA will provide all information and approved marketing material. Please use only links provided by the company within the scope of the Friend Referral Program.

2.) Can I create my own marketing material?

LOPOCA will provide all information and approved marketing material. Please do not create your own marketing material.

3.) Which marketing activities can I take?

All of your marketing activities must be professional, proper and lawful under applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Friend Referral Program.

4.) Who is responsible for my marketing activities?

You are solely responsible for the distribution, content, legality and manners of your marketing activities.

5.) What is not allowed to use?

Any material, which is libelous, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable or which contains sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene or graphically violent materials.

Any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere with the proper functioning of the products and/or the LOPOCA Website.

To engage in transactions of any kind on the LOPOCA Website on behalf of any third party, or authorise, assist, or encourage other third parties to do so.

To attempt to intercept or redirect (including, without limitation to user-installed software) traffic from or on any other website that participates in the Friend Referral Program.

6.) Can I target any person?

Please do not target any person who is under the legal age for gambling or any person who might have a gambling problem.

7.) Can I use the company’s name and logo?

Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, logos and other designations vested in the Company and the LOPOCA Website for your marketing activities.

Please send any communication only to people who clearly consent to receive marketing communications from you. Do not send spam or unsolicited mails to anyone.

9.) What happens if I’m in breach of the agreement?

LOPOCA may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the Referral commits a breach of its material obligations under this agreement.

10.) How do I handle personal data from users?

Should you come into possession of or have access to Personal Data from users, please make sure these are stored and processed in the meaning of Directive General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
